Using this site
bluepeaklighting.com is run by BluePeak Home Solutions Group LLC, doing business as BluePeak Outdoor Lighting. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” mean BluePeak Outdoor Lighting and BluePeak Home Solutions Group LLC.
You’re welcome to browse the site, use our lighting builder and contact us about a project. Please don’t misuse it, for example by sending spam, submitting someone else’s information, or trying to break or overload the site.
The photos, text and designs on this site belong to BluePeak Home Solutions Group LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the site accurate, but it may sometimes contain errors, and we may change it at any time.
Estimates and quotes
Prices on this site, including the price shown in our lighting builder, are estimates. They’re based on the finish, number of lights and options you choose, and they’re meant to help you plan. They are not an offer or a contract.
Final price confirmed after a nighttime design visit.
At the design visit we see your property after dark, decide where each light goes, and check things like wire runs and power. Then we give you a written quote with the lights, options and total price, and how long the quote is valid.
Your price is not final until you accept a written quote from us. If you ask for changes after accepting, such as adding lights, we’ll confirm the new price with you before doing the extra work.
If your written quote says something different from these terms, the written quote controls.
Deposits and payment
Deposit and payment terms, including how much is due and when, and any cancellation terms, are set out in your written quote.
Payments are processed by Square, our payment processor. Your card details are handled by Square under its own terms and privacy notice.
Scheduling and installation
After you accept your quote and pay any deposit it requires, we’ll work with you to choose an install date. Most installs take one day. Weather, ground conditions or product availability can move a date; if that happens, we’ll contact you to reschedule.
To help install day go smoothly, please:
- Give us access to the areas we’re lighting, and keep pets inside while we work
- Tell us about anything buried where we’ll be working, such as irrigation lines, invisible pet fences, or private wiring or gas lines. Public utility locators don’t mark private lines.
We aren’t responsible for damage to buried lines or items that weren’t marked or that you didn’t tell us about. Some minor disturbance to soil, mulch or turf is normal when wire is buried.
Warranty
2-year labor warranty. Fixtures: manufacturer warranty (Pro-Trade 5-year fixtures and bulbs, lifetime transformer).
In plain English: our labor warranty covers our workmanship, meaning how we installed your system, including mounting, wiring and connections. If something we installed stops working during the labor warranty period because of how it was installed, call or email us and we’ll fix it.
Fixtures, bulbs and the transformer are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty, as listed above, under the manufacturer’s own terms. Warranty periods start on your install date.
To make a warranty request, email info@bluepeaklighting.com or call (919) 341-9098.
What the warranty doesn’t cover
- Damage from mowers, trimmers, aerators, landscapers or other contractors
- Damage from pets, deer or other animals
- Storms, lightning, flooding, falling limbs and other weather events
- Changes, moves, repairs or additions made by anyone other than us
- Re-aiming or moving lights as plants and trees grow (our optional annual tune-up visit takes care of this)
- Power outages, tripped outlets, or problems with your home’s electrical service
- Normal weathering, including the natural darkening (patina) of solid brass
If something isn’t covered, we’re still glad to help. We’ll give you a price for the repair before we do any work.

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, such as lost income or loss of use.
