BluePeak Outdoor Lighting is a brand of BluePeak Home Solutions Group LLC, based in Wake County, North Carolina. We design and install landscape and outdoor lighting for homes in Raleigh and the surrounding area. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean BluePeak Outdoor Lighting and BluePeak Home Solutions Group LLC.
This policy applies to our website (bluepeaklighting.com), the lead forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads, and the information you share with us by phone, email or in person.

Information you give us
When you fill out a form on our site, use our lighting builder, answer one of our ads, call or email us, you may give us:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your property address or town
- Project details, such as the finish, lights and options you choose in our builder, your estimated price, and a preferred time to call
- Messages, notes and anything else you choose to send us
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, some information is collected automatically by our site, our hosting provider, and the analytics and advertising tools we use:
- Basic device and browser data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system and language setting
- How you use the site, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, the page or ad that sent you here, and the date and time of your visit
- Information from cookies, pixels and similar technologies used for analytics and advertising (see Cookies, pixels and ad choices)
Information from Facebook and Instagram
If you fill out a lead form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us what you submit. See Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram.
How we use your information
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Prepare estimates and written quotes
- Schedule your nighttime design visit and installation, and do the work
- Provide customer service, including warranty service
- Keep records of your project and payments
- Keep our site secure and stop spam and abuse
- Understand how people use our site so we can improve it
- Measure our advertising and show our ads to people who may be interested, including on Facebook and Instagram
- Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
We contact you by phone or email about your lighting project.
Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram
Some of our ads on Facebook and Instagram include a short form you can fill out without leaving the app. Meta may fill in some answers from your profile, and you can review and edit them before you submit.
What we receive
When you submit one of our lead forms, Meta sends us the information you entered, such as your name, phone number, email address, town, and your answers to our project questions. We also see which ad and form you responded to and when you submitted it.
How we use it
We use it to contact you by phone or email about your lighting project, answer your questions, prepare estimates and quotes, and measure how our ads perform. We handle it the same way as information you give us on our own website, as described in this policy.
Meta’s role
Meta’s own privacy policy governs how Meta collects and uses information on its platforms, including what you enter in a lead form. You can read it at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
If you sent us a form by mistake or don’t want us to contact you, email info@bluepeaklighting.com or call (919) 341-9098 and we’ll stop.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy: to follow up on your inquiry, complete your project, support your warranty, and keep the business, tax and accounting records the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Information held by Meta, Square and our other providers is also kept under their own policies.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
No website, app or email system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. Please don’t send sensitive details like card numbers or Social Security numbers through our forms or by email.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are meant for adults and homeowners. They are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we have about you
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your personal information
- Stop contacting you about your project
To make a request, email info@bluepeaklighting.com or call (919) 341-9098. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some records when the law requires it (for example, records of a completed job or a payment). We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Depending on where you live, your state’s privacy law may give you other rights. Contact us and we’ll respond as that law requires.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
